Who is behind this?

Eerlijksalaris.nl was made by Delistaff. We help employers find the right people, by providing recruiters who take over the hiring or join the team for a while, by thinking along about how you approach your vacancies and by running a nationwide network of local job boards such as Bredasevacatures.nl.

This tool came out of that work. We kept getting the same question: what should I pay here and how do I explain it later? We turned that into an instrument and now we share it separately as well.

Our starting point is fair pay. Not as low as possible and not as high as possible, but an amount you can explain to the candidate and to the colleague already doing the work.
