Eerlijksalaris.nl was built by Delistaff

Delistaff is a recruitment agency based in Breda: recruitment consultancy, interim recruitment and recruitment marketing. That last branch includes the network of local job boards, such as Bredasevacatures.nl.

This tool comes out of our own practice. Clients without a pay structure kept asking us the same question: what should I pay here, and how do I defend it internally? We turned that into an instrument, and now we offer it separately as well.

Our starting point is fair pay. Not as low as possible and not as high as possible, but an amount you can explain to the candidate and to the colleague already doing the work.
