The pre-publication benchmark
No personal data goes in here: only a role, a region, hours and a job description. We keep that input anonymised to see which roles are asked about and to improve the tool.
Your contact details
If you request the PDF report, we keep your name, job title, email address, phone number and company details. We use them to send you the report and to tell you about our services. You can unsubscribe in every email, and we delete on request.
The candidate check
That involves data about a real applicant. So it works only with an account and a data processing agreement, with an agreed retention period and a deletion route. A CV is converted to plain text in your browser; the file itself never leaves your computer.
Processors
We use an AI service for searching and summarising. Only your vacancy input goes there, no personal data from the pre-publication benchmark.
