You test your offer against the market, against the candidate’s experience and education, and against what colleagues in the same role earn. You get a weighting table backed by sources and a paragraph you can forward unchanged.
Your first check is free. After that € 79 per check, or unlimited on a subscription.

First: the data processing agreement
This check involves data about a real person. So before your first check we record who agrees, on behalf of which company. You get the full text by email for your own records. Once per email address.
The vacancy
The candidate
We do not ask for the name, the age or the current salary of the candidate. Those are not valid grounds for a pay decision, so they stay out of the tool. The report says so explicitly, which is exactly what you need when you have to explain the offer.
What do you want to compare against?
Colleagues already in this role
The more colleagues you add, the better we can see the spread within the role. One colleague only tells you whether you are above or below; three or four show whether there is a line in it at all. Salary and years are the useful part; a CV adds education and earlier experience.
The package
Shift work and irregular hours come with an allowance that can add up considerably. Fill this in and we look up the percentages in the collective agreement and set them out separately in the report. The allowance comes on top of the recommended range.
Only fill in if there is a car. With private use the employee pays a taxable add-on, which makes the car worth less net than its list price; with business use only it does not count as pay.
